Article 5: Delevery & Exacution of the Agreement

Items ordered from Ibiza Chick are handled as quickly as possible. Deliveries from 85 euros are sent free of charge, only within Belgium. Different rates apply to other countries.

Items ordered through this webshop are delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Austria , United States. If your country code is not in the system and you still want to purchase, please contact us by mail.


The delivery is done by Bpost and is indicated in the payment process, with the corresponding rate.


Unless otherwise agreed or expressly provided otherwise, the goods are delivered to the Customer's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.


Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an item or other defect in the delivery must be reported to Ibiza Chick immediately by the Customer.


The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer from the moment he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically acquired the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier of the Customer has been instructed to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by the Ibiza Chick.


Article 6: Reservation of ownership

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Ibiza Chick until the moment of full payment by the Customer.

The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of the retention of title of Ibiza Chick, for example to anyone who seized the not yet paid items.

Article7: Right of Withdrawal


The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from Ibiza Chick.


The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day of conclusion of the contract.

Ibiza Chick pays back the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer has performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.


The Customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for:


  •    the delivery or provision of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market on which Ibiza chick has no influence and which can occur within the withdrawal period;
  •    the delivery of goods manufactured according to the specifications of the Customer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;

Article 8: Guarantee


Pursuant to the law of 21 September 2004 concerning the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Every commercial guarantee leaves these rights unabated.


To make an appeal to the guarantee, the Customer must be able to present a proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer's home, the Customer must contact Ibiza Chick and return the item to Ibiza Chick at his expense.

In determining a defect, the Customer must inform Ibiza Chick as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of 2 days after it has been determined. Afterwards, every right to repair or replacement lapses.


The (commercial and / or legal) warranty never applies to defects arising as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article in violation of the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or instructions, modifications or changes to the item, crackdown, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
